Shipping policy

We strive to ship all orders placed before 3pm EST same day. We ship within the contiguous USA only. We do not offer international shipping through the website. Please contact info@riotmoto.com for international needs or shipping outside of the contiguous USA. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

Oversized & Heavy Items: Items that are exceptionally heavy or require freight (LTL) delivery (such as engines, seats, body panels) may be subject to additional shipping rates or additional handling fees. These items generally will not display the Free Shipping badge but there may be some exceptions.

For security, we only ship to the verified billing address.

Inspection & Shipping Damage: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any missing items, incorrect parts, or shipping damage must be reported to info@riotmoto.com within 3 business days of delivery. For freight (LTL) shipments, any visible damage to the packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing. Failure to report damages or missing items within this window may void our ability to file a carrier claim or issue a replacement.
